1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. Information you provide

We collect the name, email address, contact number, journey addresses, travel dates and times, flight or train details, vehicle choice, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you provide to arrange your transfer. Please only include information needed for your journey.

Stripe handles card details securely. Our booking database stores the booking, fare, payment reference and payment status, rather than your complete card number.

3. How we use your information

We use booking details to provide quotes, process and confirm reservations, arrange your transfer, communicate with you, handle changes or refunds, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Processing necessary to book and perform your journey is based on our contract with you.

We use limited technical information to protect the booking service against misuse. Optional audience measurement relies on your consent.

4. Services involved

Our website is hosted by Vercel, booking records are stored using Neon, payments are processed through Stripe, and confirmations are sent through EmailJS and our email service. The information needed to operate your transfer is available to Obrigado Transports and the assigned driver.

If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp. Google Analytics 4 is used only after you accept optional analytics. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

5. Data retention

The company’s retention policy is three years from the last interaction for commercial contact information, and ten years for accounting documents required by French law. Booking information is retained as needed to provide the service, resolve claims and meet applicable obligations.

6. Cookies and your choices

Essential booking and payment technologies keep your payment session secure and allow you to view your confirmation. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser.

Optional Google Analytics 4 measures visits and steps in the booking journey, including confirmed purchases. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or journey addresses in analytics events. Declining analytics does not prevent you from booking.

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics on this browser.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To make a request, email contact@transfert-aeroports-paris.com. You may withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie preferences.

8. Complaints

If you believe your data-protection rights have not been respected, you may complain to the CNIL, the French data-protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
