CDG Airport — Arrival Guide for UK Travellers

What to Expect When You Land at CDG

Never been to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport before? This guide explains exactly what happens from the moment you land to the moment your driver greets you — so your family can arrive stress-free.

Your Step-by-Step Arrival

1

✈️ Land at CDG

Your driver is already tracking your flight from the moment it departs the UK. If your plane is early or late, your driver adjusts accordingly — at no extra cost.

2

🧳 Collect your luggage

Head to baggage reclaim as normal. Take your time — your driver is not on a meter and will wait as long as needed.

3

🛂 Clear customs (no stress)

As an EU/Schengen arrival from the UK, you will pass through the passport control queue. Your driver monitors this too.

4

📋 Spot your name sign

Exit customs and look for your driver holding a sign with your name. They will be standing in the designated meeting area (see terminal guide below).

5

🚗 Walk to your vehicle

Your driver will carry your bags. The vehicle is parked in the official pick-up area — a short 2-3 minute walk. Child seats are already fitted if requested.

6

Direct to Disneyland Paris

Approximately 45–55 minutes depending on traffic. Sit back, relax, charge your phones, and let the magic begin. No stops, no detours.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time using your flight number. If your London departure is delayed by 1 hour, 2 hours or even more — your driver adjusts automatically and waits at no additional charge. You will never land to an empty arrivals hall wondering where your driver is.

Terminal 2G
