CDG DisneylandTransfers
CDG Airport — Arrival Guide for UK Travellers

What to Expect When You Land at CDG

Never been to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport before? This guide explains exactly what happens from the moment you land to the moment your driver greets you — so your family can arrive stress-free.

Your Step-by-Step Arrival

1

✈️ Land at CDG

We monitor your flight number from the moment it departs the UK. If your plane is early or late, your transfer adjusts accordingly — at no extra cost.

2

🛂 Passport control

Passengers arriving from the UK will normally go through passport control before collecting their luggage and clearing customs.

3

🧳 Collect your luggage

Head to baggage reclaim as normal, then through customs. Your transfer is confirmed and waiting to be matched to your actual arrival time.

4

📋 Spot your name sign

Exit customs and look for your driver holding a sign with your name. They will be standing in the designated meeting area (see terminal guide below).

5

🚗 Walk to your vehicle

Your driver will carry your bags. The vehicle is parked in the official pick-up area — a short 2-3 minute walk. Child seats are already fitted if requested.

6

Direct to Disneyland Paris

Around 40–55 minutes depending on traffic. Sit back, relax, charge your phones, and let the magic begin. No stops, no detours.

Flight delayed? Your transfer remains confirmed.

We track your flight in real time using your flight number. If your departure is delayed by 1 hour, 2 hours or more, your transfer stays confirmed — we simply adjust to your actual landing time. If your original driver is no longer able to take the job because of a significant delay, we assign another professional driver so your pick-up still goes ahead.

Terminal-by-Terminal Guide

CDG has several terminals spread over a large area. Here is where your driver will meet you in each one.

Your arrival terminal is shown on your flight confirmation. We monitor your flight number and confirm the appropriate meeting point ahead of your arrival.

Terminal 1

Meeting point: Arrivals hall level — look for the name board area just past the baggage reclaim exit.

💡 Terminal 1 is round. Follow signs for "Sortie" (exit) after customs.

Terminal 2E

Meeting point: Hall L or Hall M arrivals — your driver will be standing with a sign showing your name.

💡 A very well signposted terminal.

Terminal 2F

Meeting point: Arrivals hall ground floor — meeting area immediately after exiting customs.

💡 Compact terminal — easy to find your driver.

Terminal 2G

Meeting point: After the shuttle bus, follow signs to arrivals — driver will be at the main exit.

💡 Some 2G arrivals come by shuttle bus — allow 10 extra minutes to reach your driver.

Terminal 3

Meeting point: Ground floor arrivals — name board area is directly in front of the customs exit.

💡 A compact, straightforward terminal.

The Meet & Greet Experience

📋

Your name on a sign

Your driver holds a clear sign with your surname. No hunting around, no confusion — visible from the customs exit.

👔

Professional presentation

Your driver is dressed smartly and will introduce themselves by name. They speak enough English to greet your family warmly.

🧳

Luggage assistance

No carrying bags through crowds. Your driver takes your suitcases and pushchair directly to the vehicle.

CDG to Disneyland Paris — The Journey

Distance: Approximately 35–40 km depending on route.

Journey time: Around 40–55 minutes depending on traffic.

Route: Via the A104 and A4 motorways — direct and stress-free.

Door-to-door: The direct TGV from CDG2 to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy is very fast once you are on board — but your private transfer collects you directly from the arrivals hall and takes your family, luggage and child seats straight to your hotel, with no train to catch and no platform hunting with tired children.

Drop-off: Directly at the hotel entrance or Disney Village — whichever is most convenient for your accommodation.
