Before you fly
Share your flight number, travel date, passenger count and exact hotel name. Add your luggage, pushchair and child-seat needs. Keep your confirmed transfer details handy.

Once you land
Follow the airport’s arrivals signs and complete any required border checks. Collect your checked luggage and pass through customs before heading to the public arrivals area.

Meet your driver
Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation. Your driver welcomes you with a name sign at the agreed point. If you cannot see them, contact the team before moving to another terminal or car park.

Settle in together
Your driver helps with your luggage and takes you to your private vehicle. Check that your party, bags and requested child seats are all ready before setting off.

Next stop: your hotel
Travel directly to the agreed Disneyland Paris hotel or address. Road time depends on traffic, the terminal and your exact destination. Allow extra time if you have fixed plans after arrival.

CDG has several terminals and arrivals areas. Your flight number helps us identify the right one. The exact meeting point is confirmed for your transfer; a generic airport door number may not match your arrival.
Check your arrival terminal with the airline, then follow the meeting instructions shared by our team.
Keep the full terminal letter shown on your flight information. “Terminal 2” alone is not enough to identify an arrivals point.
Can’t see your driver?
Stay at the agreed point and contact us. Share the terminal and a nearby sign or door number so we can help you find each other.

A change of flight?
Keep us in the loop.
We use your flight number to follow your arrival and adjust pick-up arrangements. Tell us if your airline changes the flight number, airport or travel date. For a cancellation or significant change, contact the team to confirm the next steps and any applicable conditions.
Delayed baggage? Send a message as soon as you can. It helps your driver understand why you have not yet reached the meeting point.

The hotel name and address, including nearby hotels outside the resort.

You can request your return transfer at the same time. Share the departure airport, flight details and your hotel so the pick-up arrangements can be confirmed. All times in our planner are local Paris time.
Choose your pick-up time with your airline’s check-in guidance and possible road delays in mind. The drive to the airport is only one part of the time you need before a flight.
